He worked with our bank during the loan process to get everything they needed to make sure everything went smoothly and they could start construction on time. I had a few small issues with the building during construction. Ryan alawys answered his phone and was quick to address it with his crew to get it taken care of. This is the thing that separates the good contractors from the bad is how they address problems and get it taken care of quickly in a professional manner. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend working with Ryan Mattingly.

Apache Building has been great to work with and we are very happy with the quality of the building. Ryan was quick to respond to our questions and to schedule the build. The barn went up in a weekend. The crew cleaned up the area so well, and a couple of weeks later, the concrete came in and the crew did a great job once again. The concrete is level and smooth.
